How to Order

Making a purchase is simple, browse our ranges and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most major credit/debit cards, and we accept payment in 3 currencies.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

	Items MUST be returned to us within 28 days from purchase for an exchange, credit note or a full refund.
	For all refunds we require proof of purchase (purchase order number and date of purchase).
	This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, garments can be exchanged or fully refunded if returned within 21 days. Please contact us for full details.

Shipping And Handling

Postage and packing is free within the UK Mainland. We use Royal Mail which takes up to 7 days subject to goods being in stock.

Overseas Delivery.
Charges are based on a fixed cost per item and destination. All orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Please contact us for further details.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK the price that is shown in the cart is inclusive of VAT.

Orders going to international destinations pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Please note: The Kikoy Co. is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local customs office for more information.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. Goods maybe returned to us for a full refund (items must be returned in a saleable condition).
