What should you put into your beach bag? Some holiday essentials
Sunglasses are a very important part of your holiday adventures. Shades can save your eyes from the harmful UV light rays from the sun. They are save you from headaches and quinting. Sunglasses don't need to be expensive, but they should block more than 95 percent of UVA and UVB radiation.
Take sun tan lotion! The most appropriate 'factor' lotion, cream or spray will depend on how quickly you burn...or how sun-sensitive you know your skin to be. But there is no safe ammount of time to be exposed to sunlight so when you know that you will be exposed to the sun for reasonable periods its advisable to protect yourself with clothing or sunscreen.
Beach Towels. Beach bags really are necessities for any day at the beach. Notice that we say “beach bags ”. This is no mistake! It is a good idea to bring more than one beach bag. You can use one for cameras, mp3 players and anything that you need to keep dry and safe and one for food and drink or a picnic and one for clothes, towels shoes and wet beach wear.
How to pack your beach bag. Go to the supermarket or grocery store. If you're planning a long time trip, get sandwich supplies or a baguette and make your sandwiches on your picnic. Also get salads or precooked pasta salads. If you have a bag that cools and keeps food hot, then you can take almost any food you want. Make sure you take water bottles.
